Hi I Cannot get a three data only sim to work. The sim is fine when in another router. I’ve been through all the wiki pages, searched answers on here etc but don’t feel much wiser ive looked for APN settings from three. I’ve tried all sorts of combinations in APN settings, rebooted etc. Firmware is latest. Please help !

I'm having the same problem with an EE sim.

I suspect it's to do with ipv6 not being supported on the rut850 and it's now forced on newly provide 4g connections. I'm waiting for a response from teltonika. I'm hoping they have a beta firmware to test with.

I am also unable to connect using an RUT850 with an EE data-only 4G SIM. The SIM works in a phone, and in an EE-specific mobile WiFi device. The SIM was purchased a year ago.

Can you give information about your Mobile operator, APN's you have tried to use and authentication?
