We're using many RUT240 devices and some of them (~5 out of 100) stop working after several weeks/months. Every connection got lost and all LEDs are steady on (2G/3G/4G and all from signal quality indication). Only power cycle bring devices to work again. Any idea what the root cause could be?

What are the product code, firmware and bootlaoder versions and are they all the same on all your routers ?

Product code is RUT24000XXXX. Problem is on different FW-versions, for example:

Firmware version RUT2XX_R_00.00.284/Kernel version 3.18.44/Bootloader 2.2.1

Firmware version RUT2XX_R_00.01.10/Kernel version 3.18.44/Bootloader 2.0.1

Firmware version RUT2XX_R_00.01.12.1Kernel version 3.18.44/Bootloader  2.0.1

Hello,

Please try to update the routers' firmware to the latest version via the Bootloader menu and check whether the issue persists.
