we would like to make a transition from RUT955 to X011.
We manage all our routers with RMS and SNMP for other data.

The SNMP on the X011 seams to be incomplete.
For instance the temperature reports Null.

is there a timepath when this will be fixed?

What exact parameters are you looking for, and what firmware version are you using?

On the latest firmware (RUTX_R_00.02.03.1) modem temperature can be found at .1.3.6.1.4.1.48690.2.2.1.17

the response is get from 1.3.6.1.4.1.48690.2.2.1.17  is "null".

any suggestions?

Hello,

Which firmware version are you using currently?

Did you download MIB package from routers WebUI? (Service > SNMP > SNMP Settings > MIB File > Download)

I double checked the OID, and it is a correct one

we are using rutx_r_00.02.04.1 firmware version.
we still get the response of "null" on most OID's.

the RUT955 routers do work correctly.
