Hi to all,

I've a Rut950, firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1.

I have a pptp client configured but it doesn't restart after reboot or a power loss of the device.

If I access the WebGui, disable the client, save, then re-enable the client and save, the PPTP VPN works again.

Can I bypass this trouble by a script ? There are commands with which i can obtain the same result as webgui sequence disable-save-enable-save ?

Thanks!

Can you please check does this command helps you to regain PPTP connection? It will restart the service.

/etc/init.d/pptpd restart

Hi,

Has this script been updated? I am experiencing the same issue. I have added the script but on testing the PPTP does not reestablish on its own after a reboot.
