United states RUT240 - Verizon & AT&T saying "Not Compatible" based on IMEI

Anyone know if the certifications are based on US or only EU/etc...?

Hi, could you please tell me what is the product code of your router?

Your RUT240 model only supports AT&T, Bell, and T-Mobile. It should not be supported with Verizon, but with the ones I mentioned it should be alright.

Did you try these operators you mentioned yourself or you just asked AT&T and they said it's not compatible?

Thanks so much for the reply.  I have yet to try a SIM.  This was upon initial conversation I had with both Verizon & AT&T.  When I gave them the IMEI, they said "sorry, won't work on our network."  My next thought was maybe going pre-paid as a proof of concept and just picking up a handful of SIM cards to see what works best (unless you have other recommendations I could try [and thanks]).

FYI, I did mention that this was a data-only device when I spoke with the carriers.

Hi,

If you could, please send me your device IMEI to private messages.

Also, we do not lock our devices to be data-only.

Thank you.
