Question

I'm using FW version: RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1 and trying to install the SNMP package.  I've tried multiple times throughout May and now June, but every time it results in "Package installation failed" after the Installing Package wheel spins for several minutes (no other packages are installed).

The RUT has Internet connectivity OK (this is how I'm connecting to the device), and it is the only unit I'm having issues with, all the other RUT950s we have installed the package OK.

Is there another way I can get the SNMP package uploaded onto the RUT950 please?
