RUT950 router on but went offline on RMS platform. Connected devices still active.

Hi there

I have a RUT 950 connected to RMS. It's been working fine for two weeks, but yesterday it went offline on RMS. The router is still on and has data as the devices connected to it's WIFI network is still active and recording. Can I access that router remotely in any way and get it back online on RMS?

Hello,

In order to help you, I will need to ask you a couple of questions:

*Does your router have Public IP address?
*What kind of WAN source are you using? (mobile/wired/WiFi)
*Does your router have a SIM card?
