Greetings,

If I understand you correctly, you're having struggles receiving confirmation email from RMS?

If so, check:

- If it didn't go to your email spam folder.

- If you have any additional filters that might of snatched RMS email.

- Try searching "rms" word in all of your inboxes.

- Try to reload, re-login, and make sure you're getting all other emails that are supposed to come.

If all of the above doesn't help, please let me know in private messages what's your email that you registered RMS on and we will check it.
