Question

EE small business data sim, registered on network, full 4g signal, but states data connection is disconnected.

Tried adding apn details.

Tried a older EE Corporate sim and this works fine.

Contacting EE it would seem the newer data sim only allows ipv6 connections. Which is why the older ee corporate sim works.

I have upgraded firmware to 1.04 but hasn't not made any difference, yes I have disabled use ipv4 only under settings.

I am able to wend and recieve sms messages, I just have no data.

Is there a beta firmware or a fix for getting this to work?

I will need you to send me a troubleshoot file. You can find it at SYSTEM > ADMINISTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT section. Before you download it, replicate the issue you are having.
