Hi Ari,

Please check this page. You simply need to change service mode from automatic to 3G only. Same page also shows how to select network operator, let me know if you need more information.

I have RUT240 which still connects LTE in spite of my choice "3G only", see pictures:Tried config "normal" wayTried using the Wizard alsoStil connecting 4G (which is weak)Also obvious from logging

I think I have solved the problem, now able to force RUT240 to use 3G (Telenor SIM).

I had to configure the Network Code to 24024 manually, see picture. It doesn't even show up as possible, but it is the network code of the 3G network built by Tele2 and Telenor together.

Teltonika should revise the code, taking into account that the Network Code may be different from 2G to 3G to 4G.Finally made it! Now the RUT240 is forced to use Telenor 3G.
