Good afternoon.

Why WAN does not work on teltonika rut950 router, not when connecting via DHCP, not using static ip.

Hello,

·         Can you check the wired WAN with another device? Is there really no issue on the ISP side?
Maybe it is associated with a specific MAC address. Try entering the correct MAC address in the “Override MAC address” menu Network> WAN> Advanced Settings.

·         Check is wired WAN set as MAIN on menu Network > WAN?

·         If issue persist download Troubleshoot file (menu System > Administration > Troubleshoot) and send it to me via PM. Just, make sure that troubleshoot file is generated when the issue is present and before a reboot (So it can be seen in the logs).
