Question

I noticed that there is a SQM feature in the firmware for rutX11. I own a rut950, will there be support for SQM in the firmware for that device as well?

Edit: I'm also open for using any GPL software that supports rut950, but I haven't found any.

SQM will be available once we port RUTOS to RUT9 devices.

Can you explain how this SQM feature works? Just seems to be a way of stipulating the up and down speeds. Is there any smarts built into it?
Concerned that I cant do QOS by traffic type or dest address for my VoIP traffic.
