Are you using the latest available firmware? Firmware can be downloaded from: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Firmware_Downloads

If you using the latest available but you still have this issue, please PM me with the troubleshoot file of the device (System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot).
