RUT955 J version will not work with AT&T in USA. T-mobile does work. Spent many hours with advanced ATT tech support with no fix. Device would register but no data. Good strong LTE environment.

Hi,

  • Can you please let us know if the router is recognizing the SIM Card?

webUI --> Go to your router webUI and check the "SIM card slot in use " status. (In the mobile widget)

SSH --> Access via SSH and issue the command gsmctl -z

  • Please check if the physical sim card you are using is the same your router is trying to reach. (SIM 1 or SIM 2)
webUI --> Go to your router webUI "Network --> Mobile --> SIM Management" and check the Primary sim card option.

SSH --> Access via SSH and issue the command uci get simcard.simcard.default

  • 4G (LTE-FDD): B2 (1900 MHz), B4 (1700 MHz), B12 (700 MHz)
  • 3G: B2 (1900 MHz), B4 (1700 MHz), B5 (850 MH

If you can't solve the issue with these tips above please let me know and we'll try to help you.

Regards.
