RUT955 J version will not work with AT&T in USA. T-mobile does work. Spent many hours with advanced ATT tech support with no fix. Device would register but no data. Good strong LTE environment.

Hi,

• Can you please let us know if the router is recognizing the SIM Card?

webUI --> Go to your router webUI and check the "SIM card slot in use " status. (In the mobile widget)

SSH --> Access via SSH and issue the command gsmctl -z

• Please check if the physical sim card you are using is the same your router is trying to reach. (SIM 1 or SIM 2)

webUI --> Go to your router webUI "Network --> Mobile --> SIM Management" and check the Primary sim card option.

SSH --> Access via SSH and issue the command uci get simcard.simcard.default

• According with this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Supported_Frequency_Bands, the supported bands for North America are these. Please take a look if your ISP is working in these frequecies.
