All,

I cannot send e-mail from the events, it has been configured but sending a test mail always fails.

When I login via SSH to the RUT240, I'm able to telnet to the SMTP server at port 25 and also able to send an e-mail but why it fails to send an e-mail with the events.

Thank you for pointing out this issue, I was able to reproduce it. I will inform our RND department.

Please download Troubleshoot file and send it to me via Private message. You can generate a troubleshoot package menu Web UI > System > Administration > Troubleshoot > Download.  Just, make sure that troubleshoot file is generated when the issue is present and before a reboot (So it can be seen in the logs).
