I have replaced a turbo hub with a RUT950. There was an NVR that woudl send emails based on several triggers.  The emails seemded to be blocked by RUT950 as the emails would not go out with the RUT950, but were fine with he previous turbo hub.

Hello,

As I understand you are probably using Event Reporting on RUT950 device. If so I recommend checking our Wiki page, maybe there you will find something that you might skipped in the configuration: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Events_Log#Send_Email

Also recommend double checking if RUT950 is using the latest available firmware version: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads

If devices is not using latest FW I strongly recommend upgrading and checking if it will work then, if not - please PM me with the troubleshoot file of the device (System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot).
