I'm unable to connect to one of our RUT955 remote devices running on 4G. The device is listed as "online" in RMS, but we're not able to access the webui. Also, when we click the "refresh" button next to the router the request times out. I know the device is actually online, since I'm able to access one of out IOT devices that are connected to this specific router.

For some reason, there has been issues with this system for the last 3 days. It has sent more than 40GB of data between 0200 and 0600 every night. This does not seem to have been sent from our connected device, as we have only received about 500MB each day. We are therefore trying to investigate the issue, but are unable to access the router.
