RUT240 not connecting to RMS

Hi,

I am evaluating the RMS and tried to connect my RUT240 router to RMS service. I enabled the remote management flag on the router, a mobile connection is available but the state is always: Connecting to profile tunnel. 

I also tried to register the router to my account, but quite obvious it is mentioned as offline.

Firmware is FW ver.: RUT2XX_R_00.01.03.5

Any hint?

Hello,

I noticed that you are using older firmware. I would strongly recommend you to upgrade your FW to the latest version. In RUT2XX_R_00.01.04.1 version
communication protocol used in RMS changed from OpenVPN to MQTT. Visit the following link to download the latest FW: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT2xx_Firmware .
