Trying to reach RUTX09 webui by the link generated at the RMS, we receive 

"Cant connect to device. Please generate new link". 

The router has been restarted several times. Other links generated - the same issue. 

I've tried also a wipe the router with no success.

Please help.

Hi,

Go to RMS, find your device and under the actions you should see Device Details icon. Click on it.

Once you're in the details page click on Update Information button.

Then click on View Update History, look for the date that you clicked Update information and look up if all the details provided as a result are correct.

After that head to your WebUI remote connection and try connecting to it with RMS again. Delete old links and create a new one.

It should work.
