I have two RUT950 and have been having a hard time montoring them because they seem to randomly change their IP address.

The two SIM cards have static public IPs, but sometimes RMS will lose connection and the IPs will change to private addresses.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Hello!

RMS don't need static public IP to work correctly. So, even if router IP changes, you shouldn't have any problems.

To ensure that IP addresses will not change, check the settings in WebUI -> Network -> Mobile. And in particular, setting up APN. Specify the necessary settings recommended by your mobile operator.
