I have reset a 955 to defaults remotely, however it won't connect to RMS now.

I checked the data connection is up via SMS and it is, when I query the router with SMS it responds with:

"Monitoring - enabled; Connection state - Connection closed; Serial number - Removed; LAN MAC - Removed;"

Does the router need to go through the initial setup wizard in order for RMS to connect?

Looks like this was a faulty unit.
