We've just obtained a RUT950 for a client site (and was hoping to use these routers for all our clients, as a backup). However, it doesn't appear possible to use an EE 4G sim. Data Connection remains "Disconnected" though the SIM registered.

Using FW ver.: RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1

We see only Connection Type PPP & QMI. There is no "PAP", "Username" or "Password" fields.

Are teltonika RUT950 routers not compatible?

Hoping for your help.

Thanks.

Set APN manually then you can get pap/chap.

EE works fine.

Thanks. I can see that now.

However, I still Disconnected. Is the "Connection type" QMI or PPP? I have tried both though.

Hi,

By any chance, did your operator changed to IPv6 address standard?

Hi. I have tried with IP4 ticked, and without.

Hi,

Would you be available for remote session?

Hi,

I've found out today that there is a problem with the EE SIM. Some mess up. They sent me someone elses SIM! I tried the SIM on a Draytek, and the same issue, so I called them. New SIM to arrive next week. I'll let you know the result.

Thanks.
