Question

I can't get a connection with LTE, it says in the overview connected but I'm not getting internet connection, only if I switch the sim card to forced 3G only, then I get internet connection. Tried the same sim cards in RUTX11 and they work fine with LTE, also in my mobile the work fine. Also I tested different network providers, they all seem only to work with 3G not LTE.

Could you send me the troubleshoot file of your RUTX12 when the connection happens, but you still have no internet?
