Hello,

I've got 15 RUT955 routers connected in RMS. I can see the online status from each of them. But the don't update their data. When i manually start 'information Update' i got the errorcode 65545. When i create a link every link comes back with the error 'Cant connect to device. Please generate new link' and when i check the availability i get the error 'Timeout".

The routers are online because i can reach my cameras behind those routers.

Is there a malfunction in the RMS server?

Hi,

Could you check if you can reach your router right now? If no, please send me a serial number of your device.
