Hello,

I am looking at using a RUTX09 with dual SIM however unsure if it meets my needs.

The office where I will put the router can get 4G reception from two carriers. However one of the carriers gets heavly congested during the day and grinds to a halt.

What sort of fail-over features are there with dual WAN? Can traffic fail-over to the second carrier when the first is slow?

Hi,

There is no such option to sim switch cause of slow network speeds, but you can switch between your SIM cards by looking at the other options like reaching the data limit or bad signal connectivity and so on..

If you want to read more about SIM switching, you can do it here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX09_Mobile#SIM_switch
