Hello, looked for duplicates but did not found this:
Have a RUT955 that was supplied with RUT9XX_T_DEV_00.06.02.92, just updated it remotely to RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1
But I still have the same issue: when trying to view the DEVICE WEB UI via RMS it doesn't create a valid link, there seems to be data missing before the .rms........ 
(used this feature for other devices before without issues)

See image. Any clues how to sort this?

Unregistering the device and registering it back again solved it.

Hi,

  • have you tried updating your device information and then generating the link?
  • have you tried unregistering the device and registering it back again?
  • if nothing seems to work please send me your serial number of the device via private message.

    Yes, no success

    No. Am a bit reluctant to do that; device is far far away from me..
