Hi,

It seems that the package manager can't get packages from the server which is FOTA. Head over to your Firmware configuration page, select FOTA configuration and make sure it's enabled.

FOTA is enabled.

I tried to disable and enable again. Still the same problem

Okay, could you try these options and tell me if anything changes:

  • Try rebooting your router.
  • Check for any traffic rules or anything where your firewall could block connection?
  • Could you try switching your network interfaces? If you're using mobile or using wired wan, change to the opposite one.
  • If anything above does not help - try resetting your router.

After resetting the router I am able to get the package list.

Thank you.
