RUT240 s/n - 1107606246 - RUT2XX_R_00.01.12.2

With the link Device Access I see the device, but get the message "Error 400 bad request". The manufacturer (relay.de) says that not all information is passed to the device (WebLog250). Only packets with the header "Content-Type". But not the login procedure using HMAC process.

Does the RUT240 need special settings? Many thanks for the support.

Hi,

Did you try connecting with default settings of RUT240 or you've been using it for a while now?

Please make sure it's on default and try updating device information. If you have any issue even then - try unregistering the device and registering it back.

Yes, the RUT240 runs with the standard settings. So I'm gonna reset everything and try again.

Yes, don't forget to unregister and register it back once you've done a reset.

Now I have reset the RUT240 to factory defaults and new registered it in the RMS. Same situation. I have also tried it with different browsers and on different PC's.
