Hello,

I believe this router is set up the same as 7 other I have, but this one will not connect to the internet.  SIMM has been tested and is fine.  I can open the web-page for the router, and am told mobile is at -75dBm.  I am connected to the router via an ethernet cable.  However, network (according to Windows) says No Internet.  I've read through the other questions about this, and have applied any of the suggestions which have been raised.  Any further thoughts would be appreciated.

How do I get the file?  Also, how do I private message you?

To get the file please navigate to System > Administration > Troubleshoot and next to Troubleshoot file click download.

To private message me you need to register on the forum first and then you can head over to my profile by clicking on it and then you'll see the "Send private message" button.
