Hello.

Can you check your SIM card with another devices, such as mobile phone? 

Also, you should check APN setting on menu Network->Mobile->Mobile configuration

You can find APN name on the website of your mobile operator.

If issue persist, download troubleshoot file on menu System->Administration->Troubleshoot and send me via PM.

yes. the sim card works fine on other devices. And I have tried both Auto and Custom APN. None of them works
