I have 2 RUTX11s and one connects fine and the other says each time that "Cant connect to device. Please generate new link".

It seems like it generates the same link each time but I am not sure. How do I solve this.

The second RUTX11 works just fine.

Hi,

Could you try these options below:

  • Updating device information and then connecting to WebUI.
  • Unregistering and registering the device back to RMS.
  • Restoring your device to default settings without keeping the settings.
