Hi

I have established a GRE tunnel with a CISCO router but I am struggling to form OSPF neighbors over this tunnel, I have followed the steps on how to configure OSPF on RUT950 the ospf remains down.

Hello,

Can you draw and provide your system topology how everything is connected, via what interface, IP address and gateway they have?

Also, maybe this manual would help you to see where you might skipped certain configuration steps?
