Question

Hey all,

Just installed a RUT240 but my supplier has shipped us an Omni instead of a Directional antenna.

As a result, the RUT240 has attached itself to the closest cell tower, which also happens to be the worst for speed.

Short of a second site visit to replace the Omni, is there a way to tell the RUT240 to ignore a given tower and connect to another one (or even better, tell it which tower to talk to?)

You will find full instructions on how to lock the cell if it's available to you.
