Hi,

I have a RUT850 installed in my boat. Everything works fine while in Sweden (my home country) but when using the modem in other countries (such as Denmark) it doesn’t work. I have tried with different SIM-cards that are all working on my phone. I have checked all setting and they are OK and the box ”deny roaming” is unchecked.

In the overview panel it says that state is ”registered (roaming)” but it says ”disconnected” in Data connection row.

Hi,

Some of the operators require you to have Custom APN set-up. If you succeed in connecting to operator but mobile data shows as disconnected - it's mostly because of wrong APN selected.

You can change it by navigating to Network > Mobile and unticking Auto-APN checkbox.
