Hello

Is it possible to connect to 3G/LTE network using PPP mode and have an IP assigned to the PPP interface,  without using 3G/LTE for WAN?
To make the question more clear, I want to use only WiFi for WAN and have 3G/LTE as a separate network interface.
I have noticed that you can use only WiFi connection for WAN, if you specify in the WAN menu "Load Balancing" and you configure "Load Balancing" to use only WiFi.

Hello,

Yes it is possible, you just need to connect to your SIM operator and set WAN failover as the example bellow (Network > WAN):

Hello,

Thank you for the reply, VykintasKuzma.

And if it is possible to not set WAN Failover in WAN menu and still have 3G/PPP working?

Hey,

Unfortunately, it is not possible. If you do not set mobile connection as secondary WAN or as load balancing option, it will automatically disconnect and will be unusable.

Regards.
