We have an issue with the "Device Access" in RMS. We cannot access our video encoder devices behind a RUT950 properly. Login to the connected video encoder works fine, but the "main buttons" on the webUI of the video encoder do not work (e.g. starting or stopping a steam). Is there a solution?

Hi,

I would appreciate it if you could give me your device serial number and logins (if you have them) of the video encoder devices behind the router, so I could test them and indicate the problem.
