Question

Hi Guys,

Updated the new firmware, but once updated there's no way to get in again accessing the ip address. I'm a mac user. I did a reset to the factory but still no way to access.

Could someone help, please?

I'm having the same issue with my RUTX09. It's just random it seems. Everytime I turn off the RUTX and then try to access it through 192.168.1.1 it takes numerous resets etc before it finally works, seemingly randomly.

Why doesn't it just work? Like always?

I didn't know for all these troubles. My 1st day playing with. For sure I'll return the unit...too complicate and too many troubles!
