Could not find any information about this.

I have connection problems with RUT230 modem and 2G and 3G lights are ON at the same time 24/7.

Is this some error code or something? Or do i just have broken modem?

Have you used your device successfully before or is it first time you tried to configure it? Also could you explain more what kind of connection issues you are facing?
