Hello, I have a problem with my RUT240, the connection state stays on Failed to resolve hostname. I tried to update with the latest firmware, and to use two different sim, but I have the same problem.

Could you help me?

I don't really understand where do you get this error and what are you trying to achieve at this point.

Please elaborate with more detail (screenshots are welcome).

If you get the message in the RMS section, have you registered the serial number and Mac address through the rms.teltonika-networks.com website?

Hello,

I am having this issue and I have registered the serial number and MAC.  Is there another option?
