Good evening,

I am planning on buying a RUT955 to use it as an LTE-Modem for mobile Livestreaming. I have a second SIM-Card for my mobile phone. Unfortunaltely I can not deactivate the phone function on this SIM card via the provider.

I am scared, that incoming phone calls (which would go to both of my SIM cards, on the phone AND on the RUT955) could cause the Livestream to crash.

Is there a way to block incoming calls on a SIM card inserted into the RUT955 and use the inserted SIM card as mobile-data-only-card?

Thanks in advance and best regards

Phil

Hi!

Yes, there is such functionality to reject incoming calls.

First, you will need to navigate to Service > SMS Utilities:

Select Call Utilities tab:

And then select your action - what do you want to do with an incoming call:

NOTE: that this kind of configuration example is taken with changes that will come with 6.7 firmware (the next one, that should come out in a few weeks). 06.06.1 (current FW) is also capable of this feature, but the last page configuration looks a little different but should do the same trick.
