I am having trouble with installing ExpressVPN on my RUT950. I upload ExpressVPN config file but when I load it to the OpenVPN section I get a red X against the file. I have put in the correct Username and Password from ExpressVPN. I did get a comment as below but didn't understand the Tech Speak.

I am having trouble with installing ExpressVPN on my RUT950. I upload ExpressVPN config file but when I load it to the OpenVPN section I get a red X against the file. I have put in the correct Username and Password from ExpressVPN. I did get a comment as below but didn't understand the Tech Speak. "Same problem for me. The same file import works on TRB142 The "not available" on TUN/TAP , Protocol and Port on secon image indicates that the file was not parsing correctly P.s. momentarily I solved by entering all the data by hand on but is not the good solution"

Hello,

That red X mark near your uploaded file is not an error. When you upload file, by pressing X you remove it and can upload another file again. Also please do not forget upload another certificate files below (authority, client configuration, client key).
