Hi,

I have RUT240 and my primary connection is thru mobile 4G LTE. I experienced multiple disconnection while I'm connected to the network.

I would like to know if there are logs that I can check if the disconnection is due to RUT240 router, due to 4G/LTE network or due to my laptop/pc wifi. I'm trying to isolate the situation but seems can't find the logs.

Hello,

You could read logs by :

Services>CLI

Login :

Username : root

Password : same as you use to login webui

Run command : logread after logging in the CLI.

Also you could read logs by downloading troubleshoot file from System>Administration>Troubleshoot
