Hi, I've bought a rut950 for streaming in location without a wan connection.

It seems that 950 does not switch instantly between 4g connection, it took some time. Does the rutx11 or rutx12 switch instantly?

It's important for me not having "black time".

Hi,

As there is only one modem that switches between two sim cards - it's normal that it takes time to connect again with other SIM to the operator.

If you want seamless failover between two sim cards you would need RUTX12 for that - as it has two active modems at the same time.

Thank you very much, so with RUTX12 I will not lose my internet connection if one of the two SIM card fail. Is it right?

You are right, RUTX12 is equipped with two LTE CAT6 modems which allow instant failover switching between them.
