I recently bought a RUT950 due to our current internet being down. I am only using the wifi to connect devices, nothing is plugged into the LAN ports at all and yet I am continuously seeing connection/disconnections.

Has anyone seen this before and have you found a way to rectify it?

Hello,

Regarding this issue of yours may i know if you have done any firewall configurations on the RUT950? Also may i know if you are using the latest firmware found on this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads.

If yes i would recommend you to do a bootloader firmware update you can do that by following these steps mentioned here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Device_Recovery_Options#Bootloader_menu  use the latest firmware for this one.

Take note all configuration will be lost. After doing the said settings above and the issue is still persisting kindly inform me.

Good morning Jerome, I have not done any firewall configuration, only the defaults are set. I have unboxed the device, updated to the latest firmware via the gui. Nothing more than that.

Firmware version RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1
Firmware build date 2020-03-13, 09:37:25
Kernel version 3.18.44
Bootloader version 3.2.4

Hello,

Could you do the firmware upgrade via bootloader mode and see if it will resolve the issue?

You can do that by following these steps mentioned here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Device_Recovery_Options#Bootloader_menu

And use the latest firmware found on this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads

Hope it helps
