Hello,

Right now it is not possible to add a MAC address to smsopt.log. It would require firmware feature development from our side.

Regards.

Hello,

RUT955 supports the SMS-OTP logging feature, follow this link to see how to configure it: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Hotspot#SMS_OTP

After you configure SMS-OTP authentication, you can find SMS-OTP Log by navigating Services > HotSpot >  Logging > SMS OTP Log:

Once you know Password and phone number from SMS OTP Log, navigate Services > Hotspot > Statistics and you will see a detailed log of information:

Regards.

Dear,

thanks for you reply,

in the "The Hotspot Logging section" we can sent to a FTP server the logs.

2 files was uploaded :

smsopt.log

in the smsopt.log i found the phone number and code ID

example : +336XXXXX;CODE

in

wifitracker.log

we have mac;ip;date;hour;port

example : 00:1e:42:25:fc:ce;216.58.215.42;2020-Oct-01;16:19:40;443

in this case we don't have the relation (username or phonenumber)

in logging session we have "File name extras" with custom string, it is possible to use a variable, if it is possible what is the name of this for use the phonenumber or username ?

Have a nice day for you.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to use variables such as phone number or username when you are trying to send logs to the FTP server. That custom string you are talking about is only adding your own string to the FTP file name.

Regards.
