During a transport, the main antenna of my RUT955 broke. Is it possible to switch main antenna with aux antenna ?

If yes, how ?

Hello,

It depends on which part is broken. If it is just antenna then you just switch them. If it is an antenna connector then it would require a soldering job. Could you provide me with a picture how it looks?

Looks like it is broken for good. If you are capable of soldering you can swap the connectors but it is not recommended at all.

I suggest to contact your sales manager or apply for RMA  and teltonika will be able to fix your device: https://teltonika-networks.com/rma/

Because it is your own fault that it broke, you will have to pay a little for the fix.

I have broken off the thread of the antenna connector. Is it possible to order a replacement connector that I can solder on myself?

I am in Zambia so by the time I have finished with postage for and RMA it may be cheaper just buy a whole new router.
