Question

I cannot see the received SMS and the SMS commands are not working. I get a 500 Internal server error in the SMS management - sMS received page:

Firmware updated.

Strange thing is that the system says to have 28 SMS out of 30 in the SIM but in reality there aren't any.

Please reset your RUT850 to defaults without keeping the settings. If the issue persists - please download the troubleshoot file and send it to me via private message.
