Hi,

I have a strange problem with RUT240, LAN port "dies". I have embedded Linux device on LAN1 + Modbus TCP activated. Let's call the device "Linux".

Testing with Ethernet cable:

  • RUT240 - Linux = LAN down, no RJ45 connector lights on either device
  • RUT240 - another computer = LAN up and working
  • Linux - another router = LAN up and working

When I disable Modbus TCP from RUT240 = LAN works normally after 30 seconds. After activating the Modbus TCP again, it works like 30-60 minutes normally and then dies.

I have tested two firmwares, no difference. Full system restore, no difference.
