Hi,

what's the maximum supported input voltage on DI1/2? Is it 3.8V?

DI1 and DI2 are DRY/WET configurable inputs. WET: 0-1.9 V is detected as logical "0", 1.9-3.8 V is detected as logical "1". DRY: Logical "0" is detected when input is shorted to GND, otherwise input is detected as logical "1".

Thanks

Hi,

As you copied the statement - it is correct, 3.8V would be the maximum (at least detectable) input voltage.

what do you mean by detectable?

the GPIO of the power plug supports up to 30V - the DI1/2 only 3.8V? Does it break anything if I put 24V on it?

That's right. while I/O pins support up to 30V, it doesn't mean all the other pins behave the same way.

3.8V is the highest safe value that is detectable for the state to change. Any further current most likely still will be detected and will change the state of the input, but it might also be too much current and burn the input or maybe even router.
