Is it possible to configure the RUT955 to send an SMS as soon as it switches to SIM 1 or SIM 2?

I'd like to know when it auto switches between SIMs due to signal loss.

Yes, it is possible. First of all, you need to configure the SIM Switch (Network > Mobile > SIM Management) for both SIM cards:

Once you successfully configure SIM switching, navigate Status > Events Log > Events Reporting and create a new reporting rule:

Save all the changes and you should get an SMS message once the SIM switch event occurs.
